This design explores a response to beachside living for a client at the northern end of Werri Beach. We solved site orientation problems by wrapping the living space around a northern courtyard that can be open or closed with privacy screens. Flexibility with the living spaces were key.  Salt resistance prefinished long lasting cladding mixed and textured materials tie the built form to the ocean and mountain view backdrop. Giving the design some street identity we used two gable forms and assist in modulating the architectural built form as a residence.
