The Two Arm house is located on a large size residential lot in Bawley Point. 

The design intent focuses on two particular views with one to the ocean and one to the bush/ mountain range with one arm of the house focused on each. 

The client brief was to capture these views and also deal with the high level of solid rock on the site. As rock excavation was quite expensive the strategy was to utilise  the rock to the structures benefit by bolting into it. The design has a inherent parched like manner floating above the rock with the client loved. 

The house was designed to optimise its facade toward the northern aspect to maximise solar aspect towards north.
