The Revamp house is an extensive renovation to existing house located on in Bawley Point.

• 3 Bedrooms on Ground Floor ,with Ensuite to Main Bed, plus 3 way Main Bathroom Open plan Lounge / Dining / Kitchen
• Part covered outdoor Deck off Living spaces  
• Integration of skillion roof and some parapet roof, without use of box gutters.
• Sustainable Design Principles integrated into the Design.
